Until recently, if you wanted to watch a movie your options were fairly limited. You could take a trip to your local movie theater to watch all the latest releases, or you could wait six months or so for it to be released on video (video has since been surpassed by DVD’s), or if you were really patient, you could wait for the TV premier of the movie in question. Back in the days, a new movie generated lots of excitement and we were willing to wait for a chance to see it, today though we are much more impatient and we want to make things happen much quicker.
